Make a movie franchise out of the Underland Chronicles

Dear Mrs. Collins,

I have been a fan of yours for many years. I first started reading your stuff back when you published the Underland Chronicles, and then fell in love with The Hunger Games, both the books and the movies. 

The Hunger Games was very successful as a movie franchise and I completely believe that The Underland Chronicles could share a similar success. With you working on the production team and overseeing everything that happens (like you did with The Hunger Games), this could work out wonderfully. The Underland Chronicles have a gripping story, and a fantastic underground world that would be a great candidate for realizing on film. 

The City of Ember was made, and that world looked realisitic. District 13 in Mockingjay was able to be realized as well. If these movies, both with underground worlds, were able to be done and to look real, then there's no reason why The Underland Chronicles can't be done the same.

And, with making these movies comes money. There are five books, which, in film terms, would be almost as long as the Harry Potter franchise, and as long as The Lord Of The Rings franchise. It could be the next major franchise for teens and pre-teens and young adults.

I, and many others, would love to see these books tackled on the silver screen. Please consider doing this.
