Demand that all those fined for breach of covid rules are refunded following the No.10 Scandal

After it has emerged that on several occasions government officials were in breach of the Covid 19 regulations, we demand that either those in breach of the rules are either fined, or the penalties imposed by the state for other breaches are refunded to ensure equality across the country.
