Stop "Blue Sphere Investments" from poisoning the enviroment of Nigel, south Africa

Blue Sphere Investments, a company smelting "manganese and crome smalls" from the likes of Samancor, has been operating in Nigel illegally and has recently applied for various licences to lelalize their operations and actually increasing their capacity. Their request is objected to by the stakeholders of various industries in the same area. Blue Sphere's activities were assessed and condemned by Ecological and Enviromental Consultants as far back as 2001; in 2008 the National newspaper The Star published a damning 8 columns article and various petition were started to stop Blue Sphere operations.Terra Pacis Enviromental has been working on their application to re-start operations since 2011 and we wish to petition the Government not to allow Blue sphere to operate and emit poisonous fumes of manganese and crome in our skyes.
