Allow Tiny House Building In The Region Area

I live in a city called Ajax and are municipality will not allow families, single parents, and singles develop a more comfortable living foundation. In this day and age a lot of people can not afford living especially with everything continually raising in price. In for instance the banks have made it impossible to get approved for a mortgage and currently houses have rised to the $1,000,000 asking prices now in this day age we have to think of our children how in the future are they going to
afford housing if the prices of living just keep rising. So I am asking that the Durham region area allow families, single parents, couples to allow people who can not afford such a high mortgage be able to build a Tiny Home or a Shipping Container home that is affordable for them and be able to either put it on there current land or find land to put it on.
