REDO DCI 2019 FINALS AND GIVE THE BLUECOATS 1ST PLACE

The Bluecoats have topped off their 2019 with 1st place in basically every competition, but the DCI judges do not care and decided that they weren’t good enough for finals and gave them 2nd place. The music community will not stand for this. We must redo this the right way.
