Stop shooting dogs in Islamabad/Pakistan

Yesterday a friend of mine shared a horrible and shocking video in which you could see how dogs were shot in Islamabad/Pakistan, then the men threw the lifeless bodies of the dogs onto a truck, drove to the desert and burried the dogs there without checking if all of them were dead at all, this is cruel and inhumane, TNR programs are the solution (trap, neuter, release), not killing, so they shall stop shooting the poor dogs immediately and for good!!!
