Pardon for Lisa Marie Butler

Lisa Marie Butler is a victim of her environment. She
was raped as a 14 year old child,asked for help, and was forced to keep the baby, instead of being allowed life-saving alternatives for both herself and her unborn child. Tragically the baby’s death is the result of the negative environment into which it was born. Lisa Marie’s incarceration time frame is inhumáne and beyond excessive sentencing. As a child ,at age of 14 years old Lisa Marie was sexually assaulted, denied justice( rapist still free), and paying for consequences that she was propelled into
without knowledge or skills to protect herself. Her life skill resources have failed her repeatly. She has suffered enough at the sources that were delegated
to protect her as a child. She deserves her Pardon‼️
