Pebble Point Residents AGAINST Sunset Pointe business zoning

Rezoning of tax parcel 606H-001 approx. 4.82 acres, proposed rezoning would allow for business hours Monday-Sunday until 2am. This rezoning will bring unnecessary traffic and noise along with light and sign nuisance. This rezoning will have environmental impact as they propose to build a marina with gas pumps.
