Stop our street being used as a cut through by speeding cars

Majority of the residents on and around are street ( Diamond street )are fed up of the animals and children being at risk of speeding cars using the street as a cut through to avoid the junction of Curzon road / Whiteacre Road
we have speed bumps but they are in effected so we want to petition Tameside MBC to make it access only / residents only
