Inadequate lunch and recess times in EVSC

EVSC parents want more recess and lunch for their children. Most schools have only 20 minutes for recess and 20 minutes for lunch. Research supports the need for more unstructured play time for students' development. EVSC need to be concerned not just with academic achievement, but also good mental and physical health.
