Through the county of tioga saquehanna, and Bradford county court their has been a huge clerical error here. Todd hugaboom should absolutely have no rights to my child now the age of 10 Isabella s Hugaboom. I have shown through the Bradford county court that Todd hugs boom is not the father, I've shown proof of his behaviors. The birth certificate must be completely changed over to Isabella welles like her siblings. Todd had no business ever taking me to court over Isabella in the first place.
