Help Persuade Governor Fallin

On March 13 Gov. Fallin denied clemency for Garry Allen, a man with limited mental capacity, extreme physical & mental deterioration from a bullet fired by police, and a 4-1 clemency recommendation from our P&P Board. She has set April 12 as his date to die.
