Child support fairness

This to to give fair income to children based on income % so that a parent who makes more pays more in child support and get rid on the caps in the state of tennessee. the way the laws are now it covers the rich and does nothing for the child in need. the party making less will pay more that a man who make more pays for child support as it stands now. this is to cover the rich man and hurts the poor man as he will pay more now that a man who makes a far greater income. these laws need to take care of the children and the bank accounts of the rich farthers and mothers.
