Tell Eatontown Mayor & Council: YOU FAILED TO STOP REZONING MONMOUTH MALL FOR 700 APARTMENTS & WE'RE NOT HAPPY ABOUT IT!

Eatontown Mayor and Council have changed the zoning of Monmouth Mall to allow 700 APARTMENTS, despite the outcry of local residents. Even though hundreds of residents from all parts of the town attended two public meetings to voice their concerns, the Mayor and Council continued to state that those opposed to the project are in the minority and the majority of residents welcomed the change.

There is no doubt that the Monmouth Mall needs to be updated and revitalized. The goal of this petition is to show the Mayor and Council that we STILL want a better MALL not another apartment complex.

Show the Mayor and Council we're unhappy with this rezoning by signing this petition. Let them know that Eatontown’s residents want, need, and as taxpayers were entitled to a voice in this process.
