Help a Responsible 14 year-old Get a Puppy!

Hello, my name is Samantha Stewart and I have been wanting a puppy for a while now. However, my stepdad, Rico is very against it. My mom would also like a puppy, but we are unable to get one due to his stubbornness. Technically we should get one because it is 2-1, but I would like to show Rico that it isn't just us who would like a puppy, other people agree too!
