Petition To Ban FODDER From Twitch/HLTV/ect

FODDER is hurting the community by cheating and exploiting newcomers to the community. He has been VAC banned several times, Overwatched banned, and banned from most competitive leagues. This person needs to be removed from the community so A) he can't do any more damage, and B) to help force himself to find help.
