Free Innocent Rukiye KöK

This is with deep concern that we start this petition to register our dismay at such blatant injustice perpetrated against Innocent Ms. Rukiye KöK, who has been arrested recently on the account of downloading Bylock application from the WiFi Internet connection which was registered with her name; but, It is not yet clear who downloaded and used that app. Turkish officials have said that the coup plotters used ByLock, a little-known messaging app, to coordinate the conspiracy. Ms. Kök has denied all charges. She is one of those innocents being brutally treated by the Turkish Government. Ms. Rukiye was working as a Resersch Assistant at Mevlana University in Konya, Turkey. This is to show solidarity with her.
