Help save the animals in the Ukraine Zoo

Their are starving animals in the Uktaine Zoo needs help the funds that have been earmarked for their food have been taken away.They have been left to slowly painfully die please get help for these poor defenses less animals. They are victims. Isn't their anyone who can step up to the plate?
