FIX 911! Amber Spradlin Deserves Justice and The People Deserve Service!

We, the citizens of Floyd County, after the murder of Amber Spradlin, have serious concerns with the current 911 system at the City of Prestonsburg. We, the undersigned, request that the Floyd County Fiscal Court immediately rescind the interlocal agreement signed on December 21, 2022, and immediately return the 911 emergency call center to the Kentucky State Police Post #9.
