City Sewer on Rosebriar Dr, Rosewood Dr, Rose Petel Dr and Debonair Cirlce

In our neighborhood, we have city water but not city sewer. New developments are being placed around the area and we believe that the City of Durham should come and run sewer lines in our neighborhood as well. It will remove the smell of raw sewage in our backyards and increase our property value. We are willing to pay the fee to tap onto the sewer line and have our own plumbers come dig the trenches to the sewer line.
