tardy policy

Are schools policy of being late is you can show up 40 minutes late which is most of 1st period you get punished but if you show up 2 minutes late even due to back up in line you get in trouble. If you go into the main office around 8 you will see that tons lf kids skip first period due to this policy. Shouldnt schools want you to be in class? Lets bring our schools crappy D to an A and remove this policy
