In yet another
case of unthinkable violence towards an animal, an Oklahoma man has been accused of brutally abusing an adorable pup named Noah.
Photos from the incident show the man literally
dragging his puppy down the road, painfully gripping the dog's neck or collar. Noah sustained such devastating injuries from this prolonged abuse that he nearly had to be euthanized.Luckily, a good samaritan saw the incident and immediately reported it to local authorities, who stepped in and saved Noah's life.

He had two broken legs and was at high risk for a fatal bone infection. Luckily, the shelter was able to take care of him and avoid euthanization.
