- Help save our historic ballroom and local shops inside the Odd Fellows building from becoming a chain resturant, bar, event center and over priced clothing store. We are trying to stop the purchase of this building to Portland's Tacee Webb and Bunk Bar. With their grand ideas of "reinventing Portland here. People love Astoria for the quaint charm it posses, why turn it into something people want to escape from. Potential buyer Tacee has visions of this historic building being her kingdom and being crowned "Queen of Astoria 2018"
Please help the AAMC with it's rights to use the ballroom as their dance studio. Which has been a ballroom since the 1920's. The Downtown Coffee Shop to keep their doors open, Sea Gypsy Gifts that supports over 20 local artists and gives them the ability to sell their creations, and Old Things and Objects Antique store.
