"Matthew Grady Manley is accused in the deaths of five animals, including a Corgi mixed breed, two Chihuahuas, a Boxer and a Chinese Crested dog, at his Austell home, his arrest warrant states.
"For each dog, Manley "did maliciously fail to provide adequate food, water and sanitation resulting in the death of the dog, as indicated by the body condition of the dog and the conditions in which it was housed," the warrant states," according to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
This kind of horrific abuse of animals will keep happening...
