End Police Harassment In Our Neighborhood!

We, the residents of Roosevelt Manor, are tired of the heavy police presence in our neighborhood that disturbs our 14th Amendment right. According to the 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution: “No State shall deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law”, and the police being outside doing profiling, surveillance, spying, and using their presence as intimidation-at times where there is no indication of any activity that would constitute "due process"- is a form of harassment, and that is a violation of the 14th Amendment. We as residents should not be subjected to a presence that resembles military occupation that disrupts our rights. We want it to end now!
