Stop Mass Shootongs and Violence

Mass shootings and acts of violence are plaguing the news. More scts of random violence are occurring. A sense of safety and security is being violated by evil that is occurring with people's lives being taken by shootings.
Things must change so people can feel.safe, secure and these acts can be halted. Steps are needed to begin.changing these acts from.transpiring. First ban all assault weapons.
No one needs to carry an assault weapon.
Two allow civilians who merit a thorough background check to carry both their hand guns and tazers. The background check must include references, a mental health background check. Verification of character from.employers, teachers, and friends.
Also a thorough FBI check.
Begin a community policing stattion where people can volunteer and train just like police officers but to assist officers but in plain clothes.
Hire veterans that can not find emoyment to monitor major cities, public places, and schools.
Place cameras on all police officers with speakers. Place cameras on all major streets and streets where there may be imcidence. Give tax incentivives to stores, budinesses for using security cameras.
Utilize life long salary of politicisns to subdidize this. Stop paying life long salaries. Allow constituents to vote on the salary and raisrs as well.as paid vacation of all politicians.
This will allow money to be used to keep people safe.
