Break Openreach pricing monopoly on landlines.

1. Even Virgin media charge for a landline even though they have their own fibre optic network.
2. The 2006 act made Openreach give access to other providers, but they all charge the same, where is the competition?
3. Openreach has not used any of this money to upgrade exchanges in rural areas.
4. Rural areas with no broadband facilities still pay the same landline fee.
