Prosecute Tammy Green Douglas for Animal Cruelty

Tammy Green Douglas of Parker County in Texas, shot a mother dog then left the mother and pups in a cage on the side of the road. The puppies were found covered in blood trying to nurse from their dead mother. 

In Texas in 2001 there was passed Loco's Law which made several acts of animal cruelty a felony.

Tammy Green Douglas should be charged with

1 count of animal cruelty, 11 counts of failing to provide food, care and shelter, 11 counts of animal abandonment, 11 counts of confining animals in a cruel manner, 2 counts of killing or seriously injuring an animal and 1 count of illegally discharging a firearm.
