California, Follow San Francisco's Example, and Offer Free Junior College Tuition.

Whereas, the City of San Francisco has recently raised the taxes on the wealthy in order to provide free scholarships for all San Francisco residents who wish to attend junior college,

And whereas, everyone should have a decent college education, but not everyone can afford one;

Therefore, we the undersigned humbly request that the State of California follow the example of San Francisco, and raise the tax on its wealthy citizens in order to afford to provide free junior college scholarships for every resident of California who wants one.
