Free to bark

I keep getting notices from my neighbor complaining my dog is barking. Even when all other neighbors say she isnt.
I am always at home i am disabled. She is my companion pet. She only barks when someone knocks on my door. Or if a stranger gets to close.
The person who complained was the one knocking at my door.
Other fogs in this building bark and never get wrote up.
