Shop and Charge: Ask Costco to install EV charging stations

I have been a Costco member since 1991 (PriceClub days). The auto industry is now going through a significant shift, and slowly moving towards a more sustainable future. As a loyal Costco fan and customer, I am urging the wholesale warehouse club to continue to be a visionary leader for consumers and help speed the transformation to sustainable energy.

I request that Costco partner with Tesla or others to install destination electric charging stations in ALL Costco locations. 

Costco members would be able "Shop and Charge" and not the typical charge and wait in a remote location. Vist https://www.tesla.com/destination-charging for examples.

I and everyone signing this petition would appreciate Costco stepping forward to be one of the major leaders in the shift to EV and clean energy.

Dear Mr Jelinek and the Board Of Directors of Costco,

Wow - 15K signatures!! Thanks so much for asking Costco to lead the charge!!! Can you take a moment and tweet to them right now? We need to show them that members and the public truly want to shop and charge!! We need to move to electric vehicles ASAP for our climate and our future. Costco can play an important role!
