Rapid City, South Dakota is a city of almost 70,000 people. While that may not seem to be that much, there are services for tinier cities. Rapid City has a huge DUI problem and they have taxi services that are well below acceptable. Starting Lyft or Uber could lower the DUI count and help our city out with not only safe rides home but extra opportunities to work!!!
