Remove the requirement to paint individual property fencing in Sunrise Ridge

Homeowners in the Sunrise Ridge association have been asked to paint their property fencing. It is our understanding that this was not a requirement of the bylaws and declarations of the association. Some homeowners feel that there was not adequate input from the owners to make this new requirement.  Additionally, this is a new requirement that has not been in place before and may present an undue burden on the homeowners. We ask that this requirement be removed.
