Pay gender gap of 19 years with Santander

Worked for santander for 19 years received £3 increase within those 19 years , male advisers were paid almost double the hourly rate , Santander have lost all my yearly pay increase information and won’t issue me with the evidence I require to take the pay gender issue further , any contact I make santander have there legal team send me threatening emails to stay away
