To guard against abuse of power from H.O.A.s which can result in loss of home. H.O.A. s have far too much power and are bullying and harassing home owners , not being transparent with fees, showing favoritism, stalking and taking pictures of children. Causing decent, hardworking homeowners undue stress and fear. We should not have to live in fear or move due to the absolute abuse of power from HOA and their family members.
