Parentless Children of Murdered Parents

The local state and county government should be responsible for the welfare and care of children that are killed unjustly by police brutality due to excessive force.
When the police or law enforcement agencies kill a person with children those children now have to be placed with family members and/or depend on others. This should not be the case. When an accidental death happens those children may be supported by life insurance benefits. The police and local government should be responsible for placing the children in this predicament.
The state and local governments have funds and insurance for incidentals those should include creating a parentless child due to negligence and wrongful deaths.
