STOP THE WAR ON CHILDREN BOTH PARENTS MATTER!!!

This petition is for judge Joe H Thompson of Circuit Court of Sumner County, Gallatin, TN, M. Allen Ehmling of 116 Public Square, Gallatin, TN and Mark T Smith of 125 Public Square, Gallatin, TN.

Hi, I am not sure where to start but I need everyone's help. Back in July 17, 2015 I got a divorce and joint custody of my 2 kids that are now 13 and 11. I had Mark Smith as a lawyer who I hired a year before my divorce was final. After July 2015 I got a bill from Mark Smith claiming I owed him another $5,000 even but I was going through a bankruptcy so I put Mark Smith on it as well since I have already given him over $4,500 and the case was over at this point so I thought. Well once he found out about the bankruptcy on him he quit being a lawyer and became a Head Clerk and Master of circuit court of Gallatin, TN in July 2016, then I went to court because they was saying I was behind on child support. I have proof that my ex was suppose to be the one on child support from her own words and for the fact that even though it was joint custody I had my kids 7 days on my week and 4 to 5 days on her week every week since 2014. I left my ex right before christmas in 2012 for having an affair and I left with my kids and she did not have anything to do with our kids for well over 4 months and even after that it was just a call here and there and she would come pick them up for a little while and then bring them back to me. I have over a few thousand text messages to prove everything I say and a few videos in court also with out the court knowing they was being recorded. But once I filed bankruptcy on Mark Smith he became the Head Clerk and Master in July 2016 I had to go to court for what I was under the impression was back child support. Some how they was saying I was suppose to be paying $97 a month when my ex was the one who was suppose to pay the child support. So I went to court for the first time with out a lawyer on Sep, 6, 2016, at 8:00am. I was shut down and not allowed to speak and I was put in contempt for what they said, I was $1,089 behind on child support. Then my kids was taken from me and I was told I could only get them every other weekend. I tried to explain that I had and seen my kids every day of their life since birth but the judge Joe H Thompson was not hearing it at all and I lost my kids. It took less then 15 minutes to take them. I then leave and go to the child support office and talk with them. They have no idea who I was and I wasn't even on child support. So I fill out the papers then a few weeks later they start taking $697 out a month for child support as I have always lived paycheck to paycheck. I lost my kids first then everything I own trying to get them back and when I lost my job on Oct 4 2017 that I had for 5 years. I told the child support office and they was suppose to review my case but all I got in court was the guy they call the General said when the judge asked him if he was in court for me his words was "No your honor, his case came before me but we classify it as a title 4 D issue" Then that was all that was said. I have that recorded but then my child support was upped to $1,039 a month while they claim all this is in the best interest of my children when they won't even have anyone speak with them. My kids have sent me videos of their mother and boyfriend hitting each other in front of them but Joe H Thompson will not hear it. This judge has sent me to another court room back in 2017 making me miss my court date in his court room sending me to a downstairs court room where my old lawyer Mark Smith was acting as a judge so I knew I was not suppose to be there since I put him on bankruptcy and that should be a conflict of interest but I stayed because why would a judge do that. I then realize I wasn't suppose to be there and I talked to the clerks in the office. They say yes you was suppose to be in the 2nd floor court room and they said the judge would come talk with me. So I waited and when he came all he said was " sorry" I said "sorry," but what happened?" He said " well you wont be going to jail" then walks away. This judge has locked me up for $200 after my contempt for 1,086. I had so many days to pay and I got it all payed except that $200. I have been told to not say a word in his court room or I will go straight to jail and I have that on video also. My kids speak to their teachers and everyone at their schools trying to get their voices heard. I can not even keep my kids over night since March 15, 2018. I only get them from 9am to 6pm every other Saturday and Sunday. My kids get grounded just for trying to talk with me and my family. They do not deserve to be neglected and alienated from their family. It is affecting their school work and mental health. I have never gotten a written statement from the judge saying why he made his decision and why it is in the best interest of my children ether and I ask for it every time I am in front of him. I have proof of everything even messages from my ex saying she does not want the money she just wants to see me rot in jail. My ex comes from money and has always had everything handed to her. But now I have nothing and I can't even get a good job anymore do to being in court so much and paying so much I can not afford to properly take care of myself to support my children. So I am asking from the bottom of my heart and my children's heart for help. This should never happen to any child do to a personal vendetta.

My ex's lawyer M Allen Ehmling and his law firm has donated a couple thousand to Joe H Thompson and they both are in a few local clubs together making all judgments against me void from failure to follow due process and from conflict of interest. This judge claims to be a man of God, but what kind of human being supports child neglect for personal gain? These kind of judges and Lawyers need to be exposed. It is immoral to alienate children from a loving parent and that parents family claiming that it's in the best interest of the children.

We got to bond together and help expose this war on our children for political and personal gain in our local community, Sumner County. It blows my mind at what some of these lawyers and judges will do just to help a colleague while claiming it is in our children's best interest. In my case on Sep 6th, 2016 it took judge Joe H Thompson 15 min to take away my children and I still have not got a explanation to why my children was taken and why it was in their best interest to not get to see their father and their fathers family. But check this out and please take the time to read and spread the word. I am sure these people do not want things like this brought to peoples attention.

Judge Joe H Thompson was sworn in on Jun 28th, 2014. And these are his words now pay attention and let me know your opinion on this. LOOK AT THE FIRST ONES HE THANKS!!!

"I want to thank the Bar (Sumner County Bar Association) that has been so supportive of me throughout the years, especially over the last couple of months. I want to thank the judges in this county who have been a tremendous asset to me — who have been unfailingly polite, kind, and willing to offer their assistance. You know, it's no secret to us in the Bar that we have a special group of judges in this county. You go anywhere else and they'll tell you how envious they are of what we have here.

"I want to thank my wife and my daughter," he added as he became overwhelmed with emotion. "They're just special to me.

"Judge Wheatcraft, of course, thank you so much.

"I thought this was going to go badly," he added, "because when I got the Governor's appointment last week, they told me 'You have to order your own robe.' So I called the robe plant and they said 'Well, our busy season is finished. We're closed from June 23 to July 7.' So, much like much of my legal career, I'm standing here in the robe of Judge Buck Rogers. So, I'm proud of this and I am humbled by the legacy that he left and I hope that God will help me to carry on that tradition.

Now before I get into the "(Sumner County Bar Association)" I would like to point out, him thanking his wife and daughter. That is sweat and you know Joe H Thompson? There is nothing I will not do for my kids and family, They are special to me also.

The (Sumner County Bar Association) is ran by M. Allen Ehmling. Ehmling is the Secretary, Treasurer, Vice-President and President of the Sumner County Bar Association. So what Joe is really saying is thanks Ehmling for being "so supportive of me throughout the years, especially over the last couple of months." Yes a extra thanks for them last few mouths. Now lets look at what else Ehmling is up to. Well look, he is also the Chairman of Sumner County Election Commission. Hmm, now I see why my ex was favored and I was not allowed to defend myself and why my evidence was not allowed to be presented to the judge. How dare I fight against this judges long time friend for my children and their rights to spend equal time with their father and their fathers family. I have not even dug into Mark Smith yet but he is apart of the same groups. Once I filed bankruptcy on Mark Smith I was targeted and they went for what they knew I loved the most, my children.
