As a new technology Quadcopters (Drones) are very useful and they hold great promise in a variety of applications. That said, companies that provide these products need to be accountable for any and all issues that are related performance due to product quality.
You, as a quadcopter (Drone) user should sign this petition to send the message that DJI needs to take product support seriously. If we do not affect the policies of the largest company in the industry, (DJI), there will be no incentive for other manufacturers to provide support. The fallout will be an eventual grounding of all these kinds of aircraft by the FAA, in the United States, and other governing bodies, worldwide, due to safety concerns. Let's send the message that when you manufacture a product, you should stand behind it 100%.
