Stop the $16.50 fee for Seminole Road Landfill for Dekalb County residents

I went to the Seminole Road Landfill like I always do if I miss putting out the trash that comes only 1 day a week. I had less than 100 lbs of trash. Most of it was cardboard boxes and paper. Yet, the attendant wrote down that I had 320 lbs. To my amazement the attendant gave me a $16.50 bill and told me that this went into effect 3/10/15. Never mind I already pay for these services as part of my property tax. This is double billing the residents of DeKalb County. Something is wrong when you have to pay $16.50 for a bag of trash. As taxpayers, we should band together to fight this enormous tax hike.

Please sign this partition because any amount of trash that is less than or equal to 1000 lbs is $16.50. This is excessive and a rip-off.
