Demand Solar/Green Roofs on All New Commercial Buildings in New York City

According to the American Lung Association annual air quality report, most of NYC received an F grade for ozone and particle pollution. We have some of the highest rates of asthma, lung cancer and other air quality related medical problems. It's outrageous that so much of our electricity comes from the dirtiest energy source possible, coal and the dangerous nuclear power. We desperately need a dramatic increase in clean energy!
