Demand an End to Apartments Bullying Renters, Now!

My apartments that I live in have charged me late fees since I have moved in. The first month I moved in after the 1st and the said I paid late. I have talked with other past and present residence in my apartment complex and they have had similar stories. I've asked the Manager and others working there and they refuse to send me information on the late fees. The apartments also refuse to give me their address so I can send them a certified letter requesting that information. I demand they give me the facts about these "late fees".
