Should JWR be investigated by the Ethics Commissioner?

After today’s events that MP Philpott gave an interview that there is more to be told. Shouldn’t JWR be investigated by the Ethics Commissioner and the Bar for breaching her oath, and privilege? Shouldn’t she disclose if she is the Globe source?
