lets stop sex offenders from having children

I have known that level 3 and level 2 sex offenders are allowed to have there children when the states are taking the risk of the children being raped all over the news there are kids being killed from someone sexually harming them. Lets protect our future (our children) and the future of America from being harmed. I know of two sex offenders being allowed around a 2 year old one is a level 2 the other is a level 3 the future should be protected not harmed.
