Ban Slav from the GC again

Slav is someone who spends most of their time in the Anti Thotty Defence Force, a place where nice guys and incels alike thrive and beat their dicks to Garry's Mod and bullying each other. Slav is one of the main people in this server. Even if he has partially changed his ways, in my opinion, Slav has had a tendency to thirst for attention so badly that he will hurt others and attempt to put them down for anything and everything that they like and are. It's also just fun to bully Slav lmao
