Unfair and racist manager

I live in a apartment complex and walk dogs for a few elderly people. The manager is trying to force me to pay fines for walking the dogs. She said if there with me at any time then there mine. They know that there not mine and there never in my apartment. Many tennants inform me tgey gave all kinds if oets and are not xh5arged or harrassed.The sewer keeps rubbing raw sewage thru the complex and they only say we know when informed. It's been happening for 4 months. It takes between 3-5days before they do any repairs. My 14yr old daughter had a man attempt to sexual molest her and a rock was thrown thru her windiw. I made police reports on both issues. After I reported the broken window it took 7 days before the covered or repaired it. She's screamed at me on the phone. I WANT YOU TO MOVE.Ive never had a complaint or write up
