Accident

I was unfairly denied a chance to file an appeal in an accident I was in as a child.my name is Thomas palazzo at the age of 13 I was struck by a vehicle in Staten Island ny.my injuries were life threatening.i suffered from a collapsed lung broken jaw and 10- 15 minutes of oxygen loss causing brain damage.i have a very bad limp and back problems due to the accident.making it impossible for me to work.
