Add Lundbar Hills to the Cutten/Ridgewood School District

Due to recent concerns regarding inter-district transfers between Eureka City Schools and Cutten/Rigdewood School District, I propose it is time to reevaluate and redraw district boundaries. Lundbar Hills subdivision was first designed to end in Cutten, this project was never completed. There are currently a number of families living in Lundbar Hills who have chose to send their children to Cutten Schools.
