Stop PSYCO from PLOIESTI ROMANIA KILLING CATS

Some pshycos in Ploiesti Romania are killing inocent cats binding the  head and paws, puting them in bags and suffocating. This is happening near "Gara de Sud, in zona portii de la uzina 1" and started this spring, still continuing now and it is November.

This is EXTREM CRUELTY against animals.
