How dare South Carolina be able to charge whatever they want for rent when your lease is up? It could be $100, $200, $300 etc a month. In this economy and with South Carolina giving you minimal working hours and minimal pay how dare the state!!!!

How dare South Carolina be able to raise your rent $100,$200,$300,etc a month when your lease is up!!! How is this legal especially when the work force only offers you Minimal hours at minimal pay?
