FOR A MORE UNIFORM COMMUNITY

We the homeowners on Palisade Loop and Pembroke Lane in Pawleys Place hereby petition our management Co. and board of directors to replace the existing fountain in the pond
on Palisade Loop. This request is to bring the present fountain up to a standard equal to
the fountains in the front of our community, and enhance the value of our properties. One
of our two fountains was removed and replaced with a very weak aerator. The main fountain
has been modified so many times it barely moves water. In short it is a disgrace to our
community. There are fountains available that can operate in as little as 26 " of water and
would bring our fountain up to the standard of our lower pond fountain. Attached is an example of just one fountain that we would like to have installed.
